Mrs.
Vallort likes to be called "Maria" and she joined
our staff in January of 1999 in a part-time capacity. Mrs.
Vallort received her initial training at Marquette University
in Wisconsin, where she received her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing in 1989. She then spent the following 10 years as
a registered nurse in Pediatric Intensive Care at Rush-Presbyterian-St.
Lukes Medical Center in Chicago and also at Providence Alaska
Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Mrs. Vallort has a Masters
Degree in Nursing and completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
program at Rush-Presbyterian-St Lukes Medical Center in Chicago,
graduating Summa Cum Laude. Maria is available to see both
well exams and sick children. Maria is married to Joseph Vallort
and has a 1 year old girl, Katrina.
