Dr. Robert Boton joined Pediatric Care Associates in July of 1989. Dr. Boton attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. After medical school, Dr. Boton completed his pediatric residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, graduating in 1989. Dr. Boton is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Boton is a member of the medical staff at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Amita St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, and Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Dr. Boton’s special interests include all areas relevant to general pediatrics, especially issues related to nutrition and development. Dr. Boton is available to see both well and sick children on a full-time basis. Dr. Boton is married, has three grown children, and enjoys music, hiking, and biking.

Dr. Catherine Fitzpatrick joined Pediatric Care Associates in July, 1999. Dr. Fitzpatrick was born in Chicago and raised in Park Ridge. She attended Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, where she earned her Bachelors in Science degree in Biology. She then completed her residency in pediatrics at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Fitzpatrick is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the medical staff at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Amita St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates and Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Dr. Fitzpatrick’s interests center on general pediatrics, focusing on the overall health issues of infants, children and adolescents. She is available to see well and sick children on a part time basis.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is married, has four children, enjoys gardening and is an avid reader.

Dr. Ryan A. McCoy joined Pediatric Care Associates as a general pediatrician in July, 2001. Dr. McCoy was born and raised in Schaumburg and is an alumnus of Schaumburg High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. McCoy graduated from The University of Illinois-Chicago College of Medicine at Rockford, and subsequently attended his pediatric residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois.

 He is a member of the medical staff at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Amita St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates and Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Dr. McCoy is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. McCoy practices general primary care pediatrics encompassing the overall health and well- being of infants, children and adolescents. He is available to see both well and sick children on a full time basis. Dr McCoy also has a special interest in sports medicine and has been a sideline Team Physician for the Schaumburg H.S. football team since 1999. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. McCoy has three sons with his wife, Suzanne. The entire McCoy family are die-hard Fighting Illini fans. In his leisure time, Dr. McCoy enjoys reading (mostly history) and coaching his boys’ baseball and basketball teams.

Dr. Preeti Mirchandani joined Pediatric Care Associates in July, 2005. She was born and raised in Iowa. Dr. Mirchandani attended college at the University of Iowa, where she earned her Bachelors of Science and Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering. She attended medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa, graduating in 2002. She subsequently attended Pediatric Residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois from 2002 through 2005.

Dr. Mirchandani is a member of the medical staff at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Amita St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates and Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Mirchandani emphasizes general primary pediatric care in her practice. She is most interested in the overall development and health of infants, children and teenagers. She is available on a part time basis to see both well and sick children. Dr. Mirchandani, is married, has two sons and enjoys being active, reading, and traveling.

Mrs. Mary Mortlock likes to be called 'Mary' and joined our staff in June 2002. She received her Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, in 1975. Mary has a Master’s degree from DePaul University in Advanced Practice Nursing. She is certified through The American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Mary also offers expertise as a trained Lactation Consultant and offers lactation consulting services by appointment. She has spent extensive time in primary care pediatrics and is available full time to see both well and sick children.

Mary is a member of the medical staff at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge and Amita St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.

Mary is married, has three grown children, two grandchildren and enjoys golf and tennis.

Maura Dussman, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, joined our practice in 2021. Maura received her nursing degree from Saint Louis University. . Prior to joining our practice, Maura has had 10 years of nursing experience, including extensive work in the Pediatric ICU and experience in Pediatric Neurology/Epilepsy. She completed her Doctor in Nursing Practice degree (with a specialty in Pediatric Primary Care) at Rush University in 2021. Maura is passionate about pediatric primary care and following the development of children from newborns to young adults. Maura has special interests in cooking, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, and running.
